Instead, Borgerding, who graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design, handcrafts pretty, intricate metal cuffs and pendants for her line Gogo Jewelry.

Her designs have a rare ability to appeal to a high-school cheerleader, hipster librarian and silver-haired grandmother alike. A perfect example? This bracelet, inspired by the British flag.
