Princess Stephanie at the Circus Festival of Monte Carlo - StyleFoul!
Filed under: Celebrity, Hot or Not

You probably think that Princess Stéphanie of Monaco meets up with circus folk every January because of her notorious penchant for men of questionable character. While that may be true, she is also the royal patron of the annual Circus Festival of Monte Carlo, an international gathering of circuses, including dozens of clowns, a.k.a. the freaking scariest festival ever.
Besides the terrifying presence of so many evil-face-painted-clowns, Stéphanie's vividly patterned silk kimono dress over pants, combined with the (apparently mandatory) clown scarf, is a visual frightfest.
From her appearance at Circus Festivals through the years, it's difficult to discern what, if anything Stéphanie learned about fashion during her apprenticeship at Christian Dior or while designing her own bathing suit line.
It's not just the official clown-face scarf she always has to wear, although that certainly doesn't help. It's that she perpetually looks like she got dressed in the dark. With the assistance of a color blind clown. Ew, shivers! Also: StyleFoul!
