For the new Pres' first day in office, Michelle Obama wore this adorable, floral printed frock. It's so simple yet so bold. You just can't beat this First Lady's look. And how totally cool is to even be reporting her style on "Get the Look?" Exciting stuff, peeps.So what we really love is that, obviously, Michelle is hip-y and that she does a great job of balancing her proportions. This dress is exceptional in that the slight flare allows wider hips some breathing room. And the other hidden slimmer? The floral top and bottom of the dress draw the attention to her thinner assets while the black middle strip allows her hips to just fade away ... balance out ... whatever you want to call it.

Brenda - Since when are you a racist for not liking what someone wears? Is that what we've come to? This is America. We are free to voice our beliefs and opinions. I agree that Michelle Obama is not a fashion icon. I have yet to see her in anything that looks good on her, but she will keep spending ALOT of our taxpayer money trying (without success). So much for a "post-racial" world, huh?

I think Michelle Obama just may be the ugliest first lady in american history. No style, no grace, no patriotism. Nothing good can come from one who "hates america" until her husband is president - a true racist.

there are a lot of undergarments that will even out an imperfect figure - she should get a lingerie consultant to "even her out". now, what to do about that attitude - I think that's a lost cause!

She's a beautiful woman, even if you don't agree with her policies. She's a unique beauty, and she dresses modestly but not aged looking.
You're just jealous that she can wear these clothes (and look good in them too!), I'm assuming. And you're racists. She's a mother, and a Harvard graduate!

Has anyone seen news of the party the Obamas threw in which japanese wagyu beef was served @ $100/lb?? You might be asking yourself how is this relevant to Michelle Obama's dress? While there are folks all over this nation who are freezing, starving, having their home forclosed on, losing their jobs... the Obamas spare no cost in entertaining, dressing, etc. $1500 per dress for Michelle and she'll never be seen in it again. The pigs are certainly at the trough.

FINALLY folks are waking up to the hypocricy! Obama tells us to turn our thermostats down and wears a t-shirt to dinner in a 70-degree dining room. He further tells us to buy American while importing expensive beef from Asia. Is that the change we were led to believe was on the way? NOT!
