Michael Phelps has received a lot of attention for his amazing athletic prowess. Sports Illustrated even named him Sportsman of the Year, honoring Michael's historic Olympic achievements.

But this week he's back in he headlines for a different reason -- a bad reason. Last November he went to a party and when someone passed the bong to him, he took a hit ... and someone else took a picture. Now everyone knows how Michael likes to relax. Oops.

Michael apologized to his fans, but it remains to be seen if they (and his sponsors) will forgive him. In the meantime, the schaudenfreude is deafening!
