Vote for the next (not) Project Runway on Bravo - The Fashion Show

As you may know, the popular Project Runway TV show does not exist at Bravo any longer. Will any of the winners really emerge as the next "great American fashion designer?" Um, no. It's true. But Bravo is filling the void with a new program called The Fashion Show. And potential fans are invited to vote between two designers for the last spot.

Voting is open until February 13, 2009. For the record, our vote went to Elise Bergman, her dress is pictured here. Additionally, NY Post is reporting that Kelly Cutrone of People's Revolution, a leading press and sales showroom, will star in a new Bravo series produced by Magical Elves, the duo behind Project Runway and Top Chef.

I think they always made sure that the most talented designers did not win. Every winner of that show is definitely not the next YSL. Mybe the fact that the major person judging is a designer is why. They wouldn't want the competition, would they? Whay would they be willing to help someone better then they are ? They would not. I only watched one season, and it was clear to me that they get rid of the designers that could sell anything. Their last winner made clothing with weird petals all over every thing. Who wants that?
