Now that all of our favorite fashion-related television programming is on hiatus, we're depending on Whitney Port's 'The City' on MTV to satiate our weekly helping of ridiculous but fabulous reality TV. And, to our surprise, it's been a great little experience. Much of the cast on the show are involved with fashion in some way.

As a matter of fact, two work for Diane Von Furstenberg, a few more work as buyers for luxury department stores, and there are a ton who make a living as professional models. Anyway, the show has been picked for a second season. Yay!

So what does this mean? You'll have about two months to get yourself properly accumulated with re-runs from the first season because, really, no one should be oblivious to the New York creature known as Olivia Palmero. [Live Feed/THR]
