Press badges for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week were available for pick up as of February 12th and there was hardly any line around 2:30 PM.

Shown below is the actual check-in, staffed by professionals operating at the top of their field, where photographers and editors secure their trade show passes for the week. Each editor badge carries the following rules: "Admits bearer only access to lobby/press lounge during open hours. Not valid for show entry. Never allows bearer to escort anyone at anytime."

The photo badge reads a little differently: "Allows the bearer access to the media riser, red carpet arrivals area and press lounge. Must use the Photo/Video entrance. DOES NOT ALLOW THE BEARER TO ESCORT GUESTS AT ANY TIME. ONLY VALID FOR MEDIA RISER." And that's why we can't bring you to a show. Well, we know a few tricks, actually.
