Indian Man has Ear Hair Long Enough to Braid

Someone please get this man a Sharper Image ear and nose hair trimmer, and quick. Radhakant Bajpai, the record holder for the world's longest ear hair since 2003, has announced that his hideous ear locks(?) have sprouted to the 10 inch mark. Sure, he might be the male version on Sheyla Hershey -- the woman who recently supersized her rack to size 38KKK -- but Bajpai knows more than anyone about which shampoos keep your sensitive ear hair silky and smooth. He uses a specialty blend herbal haircare product.
Actually, Radhakant's story shares many similarities with the Sheyla Hershey story: unconfirmed Guinness World Records, the ridicule of strangers, family tensions. The main difference is that Bajpai's achievement didn't require a series of controversial and dangerous surgeries, just a strange genetic tick.
So maybe Radhakant is a little behind the times when it comes to male grooming -- even 50 Cent is launching a line of male cosmetics these days -- but according to him, the tresses bring him good luck. They certainly bring him notoriety. And his wife is totally cool with it too. OK, not really:
"She has always been asking me to cut my ear-hair, but since the official record was confirmed by Guinness, she has allowed me to keep it because it is a source of pride to me."The latest milestone in ear hairiness, a 25cm hair, is a testament to the doggish determination and rugged individualism of this crazily unfashionable freak of nature (and we say that in total respect of what the man is doing).
"We are currently waiting for confirmation from Guinness that my ear hair, which stands at 25cm is now the new standard for men with extreme ear-hair."[via Asylum]
