Hillary Duff is quite the fashion scenester lately, with her new line of jeans DKNY, and modeling Donna Karan at the Heart Truth fashion show to help raise awareness around women's heart health.

On a less lofty note, she's also been seen out shopping in this fun and colorful T-Bags dress. While the long style can swallow a starlet, the Duffster pulls it off nicely with her cute flat sandals and big earring. She even gets away with the big, black bag because she has that hint o'rocker chick left over from her days with Joel Madden.
