Vivienne Tam was one of my first fashion loves. The bright colors, the flattering silhouettes....it's all just so pretty and timeless. So when I met her I was thrilled and then surprised. She was so sweet and humble and modest about her outrageous talents – and let me tell you, this is flabbergasting for an established fashion designer. Usually there's a little more, well, attitude. Not here. "I don't like to say nice things about myself. I guess it's how I was raised. But I do like this collection, and hope it does well," she said.
