The 2009 Film Independent Spirit Awards held in Santa Monica, CA was chock full of actresses in fun day dresses. One of our favorites was British beauty Rachel Weisz. The English rose paired her cute Loub booties with a feminine floral tea dress.

What we really like about the look is that skinny little belt that you almost have to look twice to see. And the skirt detail is a little different different, but still blends nicely. Rachel is also wearing a long sleeved dress similar to ones spotted on other lovelies like Rachel Zoe. Do we smell a trend brewing?
