Lisa Rinna Takes Melrose Place Casting to the Streets

Actresses wear all kinds of crazy things to get considered for parts, but Lisa Rinna takes the cake. Err, sandwich board.
The soap star turned dancer turned television personality took it to the streets to get grass roots support to join the cast of "Melrose Place."

With the help of the Insider's Ross Matthews and a sign saying "Honk for Lisa Rinna on the New Melrose Place," Lisa stopped traffic to encourage support and sign petitions.

Forget agents and managers, we like Lisa's approach. If the casting agents don't call you back, put a sandwich board around your shoulders and take it to the streets. Although, we're definitely hoping this trend doesn't catch on. We might be in a recession and all, but we don't see this as a good alternative to the Job Interview Suit.
