Either Whitney Port or an Olsen twin has some explaining to do. Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen's Elizabeth and James line and Whitney's Whitney Eve line have both produced shorts that are remarkably similar. Is this another case of copyright issues? Or are the similar designs just proof that both brands are producing what's hot right now?

The Olsen twins' take on the idea is a simple pair of short shorts in a muted blue floral pattern. Whitney's shorts are nearly identical, using almost the exact same floral pattern. The biggest difference is that they're a tad bit longer, they have a bow, and they're much cheaper.
