This is a post
kate mossKate Moss' new collection for Topshop, combined with the grand opening of the new store in New York City, may actually be one of the most highly anticipated moments in fashion this whole year. Her Spring/Summer '09 line is about to drop and we have the scoop on the creative genius behind Kate's thought process.

Ms. Moss might be a multi-millionaire and one of the top earning supermodels in all time, but that doesn't mean she's above hitting up the thrift stores -- in fact, that's where she found the inspiration for some of her designs!

She picked up a little sundress in a Los Angeles vintage store, but it didn't end up fitting her. So, creative genius that she is, Kate turned it into a piece for her line. She also went into the archives from luxury department story Liberty and revamped some of their old goodies into seven updated pieces for Topshop.

We think it's safe to say that we can expect a whole lot of nostalgia and old school romance from the new line when it hits shelves.
