Glamour UK's annual best dressed list has come out and the results are shocking -- Kate Moss isn't on top! She was bumped to second place by relative fashion newcomer, Girls Aloud singer, Cheryl Cole.

While Cheryl isn't new to the spotlight by any means, she's only recently been making waves as a trendsetter. For a while she was known as Victoria Beckham's nemesis, but it's safe to say that she's usurped even Posh herself as well, after landing the coveted cover of British Vogue that Vicky's been pining after.

So while U.S. readers may not be as familiar with her, remember the name, because Cheryl is slowly climbing up the ranks.
