Versace SpA and Jil Sander AG have both finalized choices for new CEOs.

Gian Giacomo Ferraris, CEO of Jil Sander, will take the reigns at Versace. His replacement will be Jil Sander's former CFO, Alessandro Cremonesi, WWD reports.

While Ferraris is appreciative of former Versace CEO, Giancarlo Di Risio, who spent four years bringing the label back to a profitable state, he said,"... I want to examine the company before I make any proposals." Additionally, he expressed his admiration for Donatella Versace, who might be more excited about his arrival than anyone.

She, along with her brother and daughter, didn't think Di Risio's cost-cutting tactics were the proper response to the changing economic climate. According to WWD, Donatella said, "I have had the chance to spend some time with [Ferraris], and he has great experience in our industry. He did a fantastic job at Jil Sander, and I am sure he will do a great job for Versace, too."

Keeping the love-train going, Ferraris has nothing but good things to say about his successor at Jil Sander, and Cremonesi sends the praise right back, calling Ferraris "a great point of reference." While Cremonesi hopes to "maintain Jil Sander's refinement and quality," he's also interested in expanding its Internet presence through social networking like Twitter.

So, now that these two positions have been filled -- for the time being, anyway -- by seasoned professionals, what's in the cards for Di Risio? WWD says that landing at Roberto Cavalli is a possibility.
