And now, thanks to his new MouseCall service, you can ask Dr. Obagi a skincare question without having to fly to Beverly Hills and pay $300 for an office visit. Just enter some info about yourself and your skin, submit a query: Do I need eye cream? How do I deal with frown lines?, then sit back and wait for Dr. Obagi or one of his colleagues to answer your question. Seriously, it's that easy.
The service is free until Aug. 1 -- at which point it'll cost $75 (still way cheaper than a plane ticket and office visit).

My biggest concern is my cystic acne that I have been dealing with for the last fifteen years. I am always trying new products and regimen to prevent bad and long lasting breakouts.

I'm only 25 year old but am already getting lines under my eyes.

Fine lines under my eyes are a real drag for me. I'm not a sun worshiper, thank goodness, but the lines really bring me down. I am interested in preventing ugly brown spots on my hands as I age, too.

I was in the sun WAY too much when I was younger, so I am very concerned about what my skin is going to in the next few years. I swear I already have crows feet and I am only 24! Also, my skin decided this was the year to breakout constantly. Frustrating!

I have four issues with my face - some under eye crepe-ness, enlargement of pores, small spider veins beginning to appear, and one frown line between my eyebrows. Otherwise, my skin is supple and soft. My manager at work started using Obagi products a couple of years ago and her face and skin look absolutely fabulous!

My biggest issue is acne. I never had acne in high school or college but when I moved 2 years ago my face broke out.

I have had crud skin since I was a teenager. They called me pizza face. I went to several dermatologists and they gave me the usual tetracycline, vitamin A, and some said dial soap, some sunlamp treatments. Needless to say I now have the acne scars for life. HELP!! And as far as my hands go... I am a professional horticulturist and my hands take a beating. Help again!!

Combination skin is very frustrating- I moisturize to combat the dryness but no matter which oil-free, noncomedogenic products I use, my t-zone is always shiny and acne-prone.

I have horrible combination skin! My t-zone is oily and shiny all day, no matter what I do and my cheeks are so dry and flaky. I have acne, so I use products with salicylic acid, which dries out my cheeks even more. There are visible pores on my nose, which are ugly!

Little wrinkles under my eyes. I am 47 but look 37 and yes, my hands do give me away as I am very active and have not protected them as much as I should. Hands would be my second issue.

My 7 year old daughter has been diagnosed with a somewhat rare skin affliction abbreviated as Pleva. We have tried oral steroids to stop the very slow-healing sores that appear all over her body. While the steroids slowed them down, she was taken off of them as they cannot be a long-term solution, and the sores are in full force. Next, her doctor is considering light box therapy (basically a tanning bed) but I really don't want to expose her to the rays. We've tried creams and lotions, but none work. When the sores do heal, they leave scars.

I have noticed some dark discoloration under my eyes, and will use concealer on that area more than any other. I'm not really sure of the cause and in turn have no idea on how to correct it:(
