Serena Williams Wins Wimbledon - Celebrates by Launching Skincare Line

Over the weekend Serena Williams defeated her older sister (and defending champion) Venus to win the Wimbledon women's title.

And because those Williams sisters are amazing athletes and entrepreneurs, Serena has announced that she's launching a skincare line with the sporty skin company Mission.

Her collection is called "Mission Skincare Active-Beauty Line: Featuring Serena Williams." The products were developed with a dermatologist to fight free radical damage and prevent skin aging with vitamins and antioxidants.

If you think about it, a tennis star is sort of the perfect person to help create a skincare line -- Serena is in the sun all the time and needs a routine that can help reverse some of that inevitable damage.

It's also not the first time Serena has dabbled in the beauty arena -- she was a guest creator for the Kohl's cosmetics line Flirt! back in 2005.

Tune in to HSN on July 23 and 24 to see Serena debut the line and show off the products -- including the Oxygen-Active Daily Facial Cleaner, Restorative Body Butter: Honey Sugar, and Lip Balmer SPF 15: Pink Lemonade.

I actually got a sample of the Facial Cleanser and it was SOO COOL! It is applied to your face as a gel (smells UNBELIEVABLE – sweet citrus!!) and in 90 seconds turns into foam that you just wipe right off!! All my makeup was removed and my face felt totally refreshed, it even tickled a little during the 90-second wait! I will definitely be getting the regular sized bottle when it’s available, and probably try the other products as well!
