Who knew Lady Gaga was really a kid at heart?

After previously flaunting fire-shooting boobs and wearing a full face mask, Gaga stepped out in Manchester, England in a black and fuschia dress featuring a giant fuzzy "Muppets" head as the skirt!

In keeping with fashion-forward style, the blonde pop diva took the look straight from Jean-Charles de Castelbajac's Fall 2009 runway.

But we think this is one of those cases where runway doesn't translate to real world. Or are we just being protective of our favorite puppets?
