When Diane Kruger stepped out onto the red carpet for the "Inglourious Basterds" premiere in Melbourne yesterday, we thought her tuxedo-inspired outfit looked familiar.

And while references to Marlene Dietrich in Morocco and Rihanna at the Met gala came to mind, it dawned on us -- Kruger herself actually wore an almost identical back-tie look to a Ray-Ban party in December. Note the high-waisted, tapered bottom pants and sleeveless white shirt (Chanel both times).

The main difference is that the first time 'round, Kruger's Chanel Resort '09 look was silky and shiny, while her most recent incarnation is matte and paired with suspenders (also by Chanel). This time, though, she traded white shades for a black clutch by the French fashion house.

However, the watch and Christian Louboutin Mary Janes are exactly the same.

Oddly enough, this isn't the first time Kruger's bow-tie obsession has graced the red carpet. She's worn several variations on the tux theme, but nothing nearly as similar as these two getups.
