Guess campaigns have been the launching pad for many a model -- hello, Claudia Schiffer, Laetitia Costa, and ahem, Anna Nicole Smith -- and we expect that the upcoming Fall/Winter 2009 campaign, which stars fresh faces Klara Wester and Candice Boucher, will be no different.

Shot by photographer Raphael Mazzucco, the images feature Wester (a returning Guess girl from last season's campaign) and Boucher in downtown L.A.

The duo's looks are heavy on the gritty-glam that has been cropping up everywhere for fall (including Hilary Duff's Femme for DKNY Jeans line). The girls wear romantic ruffled shirts paired with embellished jeans and layer on the black and white beaded accessories (an obvious homage to Coco Chanel).

"For fall/winter 2009, we wanted to re-introduce our customer and new generations of customers to the true essence of our brand," says Paul Marciano, CEO of Guess, Inc. "Guess is first and foremost a denim brand."
