Supermodel Naomi Campbell has an infamous short temper and a legendary long track record with the law.

The leggy British beauty has previously found herself in hot water for assaulting her housekeeper and a run-in with police at London's Heathrow airport over her luggage.

Now, in an alleged incident that may result in anger management 3.0, Italian photographer Gaetano Di Giovanni claims that Campbell assaulted him with her handbag -- perhaps getting one last use out of the Birkin bag she's set to donate for charity? -- in Lipari, Sicily, reports the Daily Mail.

Giovanni told Italian newspaper "La Repubblica" about the incident, as reported by the British site: "First she hit with her bag, screaming at me and then tried to slap me. I managed to avoid her -- but her nails still got my eye. For a few seconds I could not see a thing. I could hear that her bodyguards and her boyfriend were trying to drag her away."

Campbell was yachting around Italy with her billionaire boyfriend, Mikhail Prokhorov, before they arrived in Lipari, Sicily where the alleged incident took place.

But it looks like the allegation could just be someone taking advantage of the supermodel's fiery reputation (and it's a blazing one).

A representative from Naomi's camp denies the attack saying, "Media reports circulating that Naomi Campbell attacked a photographer in Lipari, Sicily are completely untrue." Plus, police from Lipari say that Giovanni never filed a complaint.
