Cynthia Rowley understood fashion early in life.

The designer actually constructed her first dress at just seven years old, so it's quite fitting that she'll be offering her signature style to budding fashionistas.

Rowley, known for her girly separates and flirty frocks, has teamed up with Babies"R"Us for a kiddie collection called "Hooray by Cynthia Rowley." (And we'd like to add a "hip, hip" to that!)

Stylish mothers everywhere will be happy to find a full selection of layette and playwear pieces, bibs, diaper bags and blankets in the new line.

Items features Rowley-worthy, fashion-forward prints like red polka dots, of course!

"I've been dying to do baby clothes for a long time. I just wanted to find the right partner. I think that baby clothes should be reasonably priced and accessible. You don't need to worry about the kids growing out of them, or stains or rips," says Rowley.

And true to her word, the prices are affordable: Layette and playwear retails from $7.99 to $29.99, while bibs, blankets and diaper bags go for $5.99 to $39.99.

Starting in September, the collection will be available at 155 Babies"R"Us stores, the Toys"R"Us flagship in Times Square, NYC and online.

We expect to see a new (very young) generation of stylish shoppers!
