Designer John Varvatos continues his love affair with music, this time by choosing ZZ Top to star in his latest ad campaign.

Photographer Danny Clinch shot the rock icons (Billy F. Gibbons, Dusty Hill and Frank Beard) for the Varvatos ads at the Natural History Museum in Los Angeles, using the location's wildlife diorama as a backdrop.

The shoot was inspired by the trio's 1976 World Wide Texas Tour: a rock fest that featured music along with animals -- from brooding buffalo to lurking vultures.

"ZZ Top is a music institution that has remained relevant through the changes and trends of the last four decades, it was inspiring to work with them," says Varvatos.

And it looks like ZZ Top is in good musical company: Previous campaigns have featured Franz Ferdinand, Velvet Revolver, Alice Cooper, Cheap Trick, Iggy Pop and Chris Cornell.

Rock on, sharp dressed men!
