New York Fashion Week could be getting just the pick-me-up it needs.

If rumors prove to be true, Lady Gaga, Marc Jacobs and V magazine will be throwing a party during NYFW!

Jacobs' post-show party has long been the hottest ticket in town, but due to the tanking economy last season, the bi-annual event was called off.

The collaboration would be fitting since Gaga recently appeared in V sporting space-age headgear (and little else). We're certain the over-the-top blonde could host an equally fabulous fête.

When we contacted V magazine about the speculated soirée, they responded with a "No comment."

We'll take that as our cue to go find something suitable to wear! (We draw the line at a full face mask.)
