Not one to be upstaged by BFF Victoria Beckham's expensive line of fitted sheaths, Katie Holmes is ready to showcase her new "premium designer" collection this fall, reports WWD.

Designed in collaboration with her stylist Jeanne Yang, the high-end line is aptly named "Holmes & Yang" and will include pieces for women and children (good news for the budding Suri Cruises of the world!).

In the best example of you-are-your-own-best PR, Mrs. Cruise has been giving us sneak peeks of her fashion venture for awhile now, wearing pieces such as a steely Prussian blue fitted dress (right) to high-profile events.

With rumors swirling that Holmes will play a ballsy exec in "Sex and the City 2," could her new line secure a cameo role? After all, the SATC series made brands like Manolo Blahnik into mainstream household names. We think it would be quite the fitting product placement.

The collection is slated to hit Los Angeles luxury retailer Maxfield exclusively this fall.
