Heather Mills wants to turn trash to treasure. Problem is, will fashion lovers find her new eco-conscious line couture or purely comical?

Mills premiered her Be@one recycled clothing line at the Celebrity Catwalk charity event supporting animal rescue charities in Hollywood last night (Aug. 27). She also received an award for animal activism at the event

According to Mills' Web site, she started the women's and menswear collection because "society throws away over a million tons of clothing and textiles into the rubbish bins annually. Many of these items could be resold or remade into something new and exciting."

Let's just call Mills' collection ... umm ... theatrical? If you're a can-can girl who enjoys giant vertical slashes in your knickers, or a man who prefers his tuxedo pants in the form of shorts, this might just be the line for you. All others will get a nice chuckle out of it. Clearly, Stella McCartney's design aesthetic didn't rub off on her former stepmother.

Heather Mills Fashion Show

Have an audition coming up for the Broadway production of "Moulin Rouge"? Then you should rush out and buy this Be@one can-can number. If not, be afraid. Be very afraid.

Our mothers told us that if we didn't have anything nice to say, then to say nothing at all. So, we're being very, very quiet. Okay, we just can't. Look at her Nu Bra showing through the dress!

Oh, this one is just too easy. We mean, really? If Heather Mills can find a man to buy this shrunken, off-skew ... dare we call it ... tuxedo ... we'll eat the recycled clothes it was made from. We're pretty sure Paul McCartney will not be wearing this anytime soon.

When designers attack! Seriously, what happened here? Were her pants too tight and they split? Did a tiger take a swipe at her pre-show? Oh, wait...These vertical slashes were done on purpose. Somewhere, Stella McCartney is probably doing some serious eye-rolling. Or laughing. Wildly.

We didn't think this evening number from Heather Mills' new Be@one eco line was so bad, until we noticed that Halloween-orange flash of brightness at the hem. And what's going on at the bustline? Did it rip? Was it slashed? Mauled? And are those purple shoes?! Add a pointy hat, and you've got the Wicked Witch of the West.

Is this Heather Mills' take on a wedding dress? At least the groom is wearing actual full-length pants. Though, the whole number is way better suited to the next installment of "Miami Vice."

We could definitely picture Celebrity Catwalk's host for the evening, Bridget Marquardt -- she of "Girls Next Door" fame -- wearing one of the designs to an over-the-top costume party at the Playboy Mansion.

Be@one will produce two collections per year and Mills' site says they will be available shortly from bat1.com.

So, what do you think of the clothes? Trash to treasure, or just plain trash? Leave a comment below!
