PIERRE CARDIN GETS YOUNGER
The iconic label gets hip with a new line called Pierre Cardin Weekend. Meltem Turgan, Cardin's Turkish licensee says the line will appeal "to three generations, from age 15 and up." We suppose that can be interpreted as new a twist on the "Mommy and me" dress-alike trend.

Did "The September Issue" live up to all the hype? The film grossed $240,078 this weekend. Then there are the reviews: Joanne Kaufman of The Wall Street Journal called it "old news" referring to the documentary's subject, Vogue's 2007 issue with Sienna Miller on the cover.
