How does the average landlady dress? Surely not half as stylishly as Laura Leighton's character on "Melrose Place."

Yes, the devious red-headed Sydney is all grown up, and she's a minidress-wearing rent collector for a new generation of MP residents.

You won't see any nineties staples like chokers, denim vests, or flannel shirts here! But bitchy publicist Ella Simms (played by Katie Cassidy--yes, as in David's daughter!) is sure to take over where Heather Locklear's Amanda left off.

Look out for her updated version of "power" outfits, which range from chic Black Halo dresses to barely-there dresses and bathing suits.

The premiere episode airs tonight on the CW at 9ET/8CT.
