Rocawear Going Under?

We might have an inkling about one of Jay-Z's 99 problems.

In another case of the people uniting an effort to get paid, three creditors filed a Chapter 7 petition in a Manhattan bankruptcy court on Friday against Signature Apparel, the manufacturer of several urban brands including Jay-Z's Rocawear and Eve's Fetish, reports today's issue of WWD.

The petitioning creditors, including Hitch & Trail, Inc. in New York, Talful Ltd. in Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong and Harvestway China Ltd. in Kowloon, represent about $14.9 million in past due debt, according to the paper.

Will this be the last dance for Rocawear? We hope not.
