THE SCOOP: Carmen Marc Valvo's clothes are for a strong woman, so the makeup and hair looks were just that - borderline severe. Think exaggerated smoky eyes with glitter and stick-straight, sleek hair.

GET THE LOOK - MAKEUP: All makeup by M.A.C The new gilttery eyeshadows (launching end of September) called Mineralize Eye Shadow in Young Punk and Gilt By Association, shimmery Mineralize Blush in Improvise and Daft Pink, loads of Dazzle Lash Mascara and nude lips.

GET THE LOOK - HAIR: All products by Ted Gibson. Gibson prepped hair with Hair Sheet Treatment, which is his way of starting with a clean slate when there's no time for a shampoo. He added Tame It Shine Lotion to the tops of the girls' heads to smooth flyaways before straightening their locks with a flat iron. The result was super sleek and shiny. "It's very strong and deliberate," he said. "No fluff!"
