THE SCOOP: Brian Reyes' Spring 2010 collection was refined and and rife with cool tone colors. When it came to the hair, "We needed purity because the clothing is so structured," explained Harper. "The fluidity comes through with the texture of the hair. The front is very sleek, white the back tumbled into a soft, slightly messy style." The makeup was all about clean, pale skin with a just a hint of color. Brown gave cheeks a frosty sheen, and stained the lips red for a fresh wash of color that's soft enough for spring.

GET THE LOOK - MAKEUP: All makeup by Bobbi Brown. On cheeks, Brown used Beige or Bone Shimmer to highlight. Lips were stained with Lipstick in Red, and brows were sculpted with Natural Brow Shaper. Brown kept the eyes simple, using warm flesh tones on the lower lid, Creamy Eye Pencil in Jet, and Extreme Party Mascara on the lashes.

GET THE LOOK - HAIR: All hair products by Tresemme. Harper prepped hair with 25 Hour Root Boosting Spray for extra volume, before drying hair sleekly and combing it back into a low ponytail. He then used his fingers to apply texture and volume to the crown. The ponytail was finished with a thin piece of hair wrapped around the elastic to hide it. Finally, Harper spritzed 24 Hour Finishing Spray to hold the style.
