Named after the famously twitchy noses of rabbits, they're not as cute as they sound - especially since they're a dead giveaway to celebrities who've been Botoxed.
Bunny lines are horizontal wrinkles that form across the ridge of the nose - they become more apparent when people smile. As we age, bunny lines will form naturally from years of making facial expressions.
However, when the rest of the face is Botoxed, bunny lines are often the only place the face can move freely, and as a result they become deeper.
As such, cosmetic surgeons, (and now us!) can use this knowledge to spot celebrities who've gotten the face-freezing injections.
Which will be hours of fun the next time you're thumbing through a celebrity weekly.

My sister was considering laser resurfacing to get rid of her wrinkles and instead of going through that expense, I urged her to reconsider and try Beauty Lift ( http://cli.gs/BeautyLiftSP ) with me. I read that it contains the most potent, doctor grade wrinkle erasing serum that revitalizes the skin and reduces signs of aging I ordered two jars of Beauty Lift and sent one to her about 3 months ago. Recently we were together for her birthday and we both were impressed with the smooth look and softer texture of her skin. It was no accident, Beauty Lift is in a class by itself when it comes to reducing the appearance of wrinkles.

All you losers who are using these sites to push your products = Hate to tell you but we don't buy anything you try to push on us through these sites. However, you do give us a good laugh since we know you are wasting your time.

I especially liked the one who turned 50 and felt afraid of "be coming old and useless". The only way that turning 50 would make someone feel that way is if they were old and useless before they turned 50. Give us a break. If their products are so great, why do you have to resort to pushing them on news stories? Not bringing in enough money to pay for advertising are ya?

I think most of us just pass up comments with web sites listed in them. I know I do.

Since when did this become free ad space?

Since aol refuses to do anything to stop them! Anyone else wonder if aol might actually PAY them to post this garbage? Why else would aol leave it, when they have the ability to remove it? I sincerely doubt that they even pay the least bit of attention when you "report" such postings...they probably have a "trash file" for the reports.

Nobody believes you use the products you praise, but we do believe you sell them. To bad we can't report you.

I disagree with this article because I have bunny lines when I smile and I NEVER used Botox. But I did break my nose and have nose surgery to fix it. I think THAT has something to do with my bunny lines. So now when everyone runs up to me and says that I'm a Botox user, I will know who to blame!

Amy, I was just thinking the same thing! I know people who have NEVER had Botox who have "bunny lines." Myself included...once my dermotoligst asked me if I wanted Botox, and when I said "no", he told me that it would take care of my bunny lines! Had to laugh at the article...Botox will eliminate bunny lines according to my dr. LOL, now does that mean all of these ladies HAVEN'T had Botox at all?
Lynn Fischer 10-09-2009 @ 7:50AM
Bunny lines from Botox? Nonsense. I use Botox occasionally and it keeps deep wrinkles from making me look angry when I'm not, I have no "bunny lines" and my friend's grandbaby does have them. Stars are paid to look good and it's damned difficult, expensive, time consuming and they do it to look beautiful for us and so they can keep working. Whoever wrote this (a woman I'll bet) is jealous. Lighten up lady.

Not everyone uses botox for wrinkles. Some people use it because they have facial tics, it helps a great deal with that.

Um...you guys seriously don't know those aren't actually people? They're 'bots', scripts designed to just post that crap everywhere. They've been all over chat rooms for years.

Who writes this garbage. Bunny lines can simply be eradicated with 1 unit of Botox on each side of the nose. As for the use of Botox, if a persons face looks like it had Botox, its a crummy job. Botox should leave your natural appearance just without the lines if done well

Wow, so the butter-smooth forehead on a 40 year old woman wasn't the dead giveaway! I've been so confused this whole time, looking for the wrong indication of botox use! THANK YOU.

I am only 23 and I have been getting botox for 3 years now, 27 shots, 3 vials, every 3 months in my forehead, head, and back of the neck because of my frequent disabling migraines.... It sounds weird, but it was a life saver because without it, I was not able to go to work, school, or be around anything with sounds, smell, or light. I however, do see bunny lines.... but thats a small price to pay for not having as frequent of migraines as I did in the past.

As if everyone in Hollywood doesn't do SOMETHING to make the wrinkles go away!! Big deal! Botox is a great thing---non-invasive way to get rid of some small wrinkles that are bothersome to people who are beginning to show signs of aging. These people's livelihood is based on their appearance, so why shouldn't they do everything they can to maintain their looks? Furthermore, when you get Botox, you shouldn't look like your face is frozen in time---you should look like yourself without the crow's feet and forehead wrinkles. Your face is supposed to move, and somebody who is skilled at giving Botox knows that, so they know exactly where and how much to give to obtain that natural look. Nicole Kidman definitely gets too much Botox---she has that "frozen in time" look. And Renee Zellweger's forehead is as smooth as glass............but I've seen some real bad Botox jobs, where the eyebrows are uneven, eyelids sag, mouth droops........don't go to just anybody to have it done.

This is a myth! I have no wrinkles, I'm only 30, but I have these lines and I've never had any type of cosmetic procedure! When I smile a certain way, that's just what my face does! So some have botox. Some have great skin naturally. Doesn't hurt that Nicole Kidman never goes in the sun and slathers on the face cream. I bet she had those lines since she was a kid.
