Trovata and Forever 21 have been duking it out in court since 2007 over the former's allegations that the fast fashion chain copied its designs.

But it looks like one go-round was enough for the dueling duo.

Just before their second scheduled trial on October 13, the two parties issued a joint statement saying they "'have recently resolved their differences to their mutual satisfaction, without admission as to liability, and the action has been dismissed,'" reports WWD.

After Forever 21 dodged the bullet the first time with a mistrial, Trovata filed a second suit in Santa Ana, Calif.'s U.S. District Court, seeking millions in damages, reports the source.

Now with the confidential settlement, the two parties can go on their fashionable ways, minus the lawyers' fees!
