Levi's $100,000 Scavenger Hunt
Not inspired to do anything this weekend? How's $100,000 for motivation?
Levi's "Go Forth" campaign is sending denim lovers and treasure seekers alike on a nationwide scavenger hunt with a grand prize of $100,000.
Complete with a fictitious storyline featuring the mysterious disappearance of Grayson Ozias IV circa 1896 in the "American wilderness," the competition has three phases.
Ozias was apparently a wealthy adventurer and Phase I has contestants hunting for clues to Ozias' whereabouts.
After registering on the site, participants will have 11 scavenger tasks to complete and can stay up-to-date via Levi's Facebook page. The winner of each scavenger task will also be awarded a separate prize.
Phase II will test your commitment with a brainy online quiz. After completing Phase I and II, finalists will be announced for Phase III and will compete for the grand prize.
You have until November 14 to register for the competition. Check the site for more details.
Happy hunting!
Levi's may be creating buzz with its "Go Forth" campaign and $100,000 prize, but not all the brand's recent news has been this uplifting. The iconic denim company reported a third-quarter profit slump for the year.
