Cookies to lose weight? Not with the type of flour they are made of and sugar. At best I'm sure it is a starvation diet covered up by the consumption of empty calories. I was always the "fat friend", so I know how hard it is to lose weight. I tried everything you ever heard of in an attempt to lose weight.
