In New York, the crisp fall weather has encouraged women to break out their best boots. From tall boots to booties, cowboy boots to classic black boots, there was plenty of variety on the feet of fashionable women when photographer Alys Kenny took to the streets with her trusty camera.

    Are you going to invest in a new pair this season? "No.They were $200 and will last for generations. I like to pay up for key pieces like boots only once and then wear them forever."
