Reese Witherspoon Talks Perfume & Steamy Nights in Avon 'In Bloom' Video

What do white flowers, independence, and steamy southern nights have in common?

Reese Witherspoon was inspired by each while creating her exclusive new scent for Avon, In Bloom by Reese Witherspoon.

In the behind-the-scenes video below, she talks candidly about the new perfume, which launches on November 1st. Here's a peek:

"In developing In Bloom, I found myself drawn to the scents of my childhood in Tennessee," she explains. "We had a great big Magnolia tree in the back yard, and it's that beautiful white blossom that inspired the perfume."

As a make-up artist I know how important lips are to any woman, whether supermodel or super-mom. I'm therefore always up for trying something new, but after being disappointed with the performance of other lip plumpers I was not expecting too much from Cushy Lips ( Http://tiny.cc/CushyLips) . I owe it to my clients though to keep up to date on new cosmetics so I gave it a shot anyways. I have to say it without a doubt outperforms any other lip plumper of its type on the market. It does really visibly increase the size and softness of your lips, and it has a very pleasant texture to it. I have always been very afraid of aging, you know, becoming old and useless and unattractive. When I turned 50, I decided to do something about it. I've spent fortunes on face creams and anti-aging serums… but using GenFX is the first time I've tried turning back the clock from the inside out. It's also the last time I'll spend a fortune on face creams! Now everyone says I look 35!

I THINK HER PERFUME SHOULD BE CALLED "HEAVENLY BLOOMS" SINCE IT REMINDS HER OF HER MOTHER AND MEMORIES OF BEING IN THE GARDEN WITH HER. MOTHERS ARE LIKE ANGELS, IF YOUR FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO HAVE GOTTEN ONE LIKE MY MOTHER. AND I'M SURE REESE DID, BECAUSE SHE SEEMS TO BE A VERY NICE PERSON.
