Leighton Meester in a Big Flower Dress - Fashion Flop?

"Gossip Girl" star Leighton Meester attended the 2009 LIbrary Lions Benefit at the New York Public Library last night.

Meester's super-gorgeous boyfriend (and co-star) Sebastian Stan escorted the lovely star for the night.

She wore a powder blue Prabal Gurung dress with a large rosette front and center, plus Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry and some pom-pom-style Roger Vivier shoes.

Sure, Meester has the body to pull off almost anything, but did this black-and-blue look strike you as appropriately funky?
