Katy Perry Hosts MTV Europe Music Awards in Jenny Packham Dress

Katy Perry deserves a big fruit basket from MTV.

The singer has been put to work performing during several of the network's recent award shows (the MTV VMAs were also hosted by her rumored boyfriend, actor Russell Brand, in August).

Today, Katy kicks it up yet another notch, officially graduating from performer to host herself. The star will emcee the European version of the show, filming today, airing tomorrow at 9pm.

For the red carpet, Katy gave up on her usual shocker style for a more ladylike Jenny Packham dress from the Spring/Summer 2010 runway show.

The nude style is low-cut and high-impact, thanks to embellishments, chiffon and feathers.
