Michelle Obama Style - The First Lady Wears Talbots Dress

Michelle Obama may be gracing the covers of fashion mags clad in Jason Wu, but the that doesn't mean Mrs. O has abandoned the mass brands she's become famous for wearing.

Last night, the First Lady (and President Obama) hosted an evening of classical music at the White House, where she donned an equally classic dress.

Her winter white double-faced wool sheath with sweetheart neckline is from retailer Talbots, proving once again that she knows how to pull off the high-low thing seamlessly.

The trendsetter topped off the simple dress with gold bangles and black heels, creating one chic (and affordable) ensemble.

With the President in a conservative black suit and red tie, the power couple looked effortlessly stylish.

Why knock Talbots?????? I think that is the time she looks the best not in some of those, made for me, stupid outfits she has been seen in all over the world. And there is only one Mrs O and she has passed away.

I remember a phrase somewhere "Big-bottom women make the world go round" --- what else can I say but "If you want to happy for the rest of your life, make an ugly woman your wife." Barack should be one of the happiest men on earth--LOL. She is trying to do the best with what she has, but when it takes a staff of 22 and the other first ladies had 1, except for Hillary with 3, that is a bit much. Taxpayers are spending over 1.5 mil in her staff salaries and she doesn't look as good as Carla Brunei-Sarkozy on one tenth the budget.

Absolutely she is no Jackie O Kennedy and it is ridiculous to try and play her off as one. Jackie was gorgeous, graceful, classey,stylish, and could pull off any outfit with flair. Michelle O is just an unattractive plain woman Jackie O wanna be. Never gonna happen no matter how much they try to cram it down our throats. Oh yes she is wearing a Talbot dress so were supposed to believe they spend little on her clothing, well you notice they didn't say how much that suit cost our worthless President is wearing ,and No i did not vote for him and never would and not because of his color but because he is not in the American People's best interest.

WHO CARE WHAT THIS VILE UGLY WOMAN WEARS. FIRST OF ALL THE DRESS IS ILL-FITTING - TOO TIGHT. MORE IMPORTANTLY TO ALL LOYAL AND PATRITOTIC AMERICANS: We saw the video, on two networks, of Missy Obama saying "I hate America." Whenever we see her ugly-shaped mouth that's all I, and the millions of others who saw her, think of - her hatred of our Country. Bet she doesn't hate America now that we're supporting her and her entire family - including her mother. She & her husband both subscribed to the beliefs of hating America & whites and attended a church which constantly "preached" that message. This is why Obama wants to create a communist-type nation. He wants to weaken our Country, take away our freedoms - the major accomplishment will be to control all Americans healthcare. Wait until you want care for yourself, your children, your spouse, your parents and it's either delayed or denied. He's already begun with the seniors - who cannot receive the Swine Flu Shot until all others have received theirs. IT IS CRUCIAL THAT OBAMA BE VOTED OUT OF OFFICE AT THE NEXT PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION. Does that stupid orangutan not realize it is winter? A white sleeveless dress in November?Gawd, she is spending a fortune of taxpayers money on advisors and none of them seem to know how to dress her. It is apparent she knows nothing about fashion, or how to dress herself. But it really doesn't matter what she wears,she is just plain ugly.This is one woman that makeup and clothes can not help.

Come on people, Jackie Kennedy was NEVER Jackie Kennedy either!! That was media propaganda as well. The reality is in 1960-1963 the USA was a much more naive country & people tended to accept the media hype at face value without realizing it is always trying to take our view off of the real issues & trying to focus our "simple minds" on the frivolous. The problem for the media now is that, I believe, "We The People" are much more savvy & more focused on important issues that affect us & our progeny. The "poor little MSM" just can't seem to get us to look at this STUPID STUFF that they talk about EVERYDAY. Talbots, for a lot of us, is still very expensive. For her 'budget'... suppose it's like shopping at a Walmart or Kmart ? NO BIG DEAL !

Although I will agree that Jackie O was charming, graceful and classy, she was far from being gorgous. I would honestly say the same for Michelle O. Both Michelle and Jackie would best be discribed as attractive in a handsome way. And I like them both.
