Paris Hilton and the Celebrity Styler

Paris Hilton Is known for her famously blonde mane, whether it's short and sassy or long and, well, fake.

We asked the star which look she likes better, and to 'fess up about what type of extensions she uses.

"I love changing my hair all the time, but right now I'm really into the long blonde bombshell type of look, so I use my Dream Catchers hair extensions," she told StyleList.

Extensions aren't Hilton's only foray into the haircare business -- she's launching a line of hair tools this month through Sally Beauty Supply stores.

Her pet product, the Celebrity Styler, is an all-in-one straightening and curling iron, which combines glam features (like the pink and black color scheme) with technical ones (like ceramic tourmaline plates and digital controls).

We only had one question: do her famous friends and family members use it?

"Yes, my friends and sister have tried my hair products," Paris told us.

The star also revealed her personal hair maintenance regimen: "I usually have my hair trimmed and highlighted every few weeks to maintain it. Since I travel so much, I have a hair stylist who comes on the road with me. His name is Frederic and he calls me his Barbie Doll that he plays dress up with. He is the best!"

Even with superstar stylists like Frederic on call, Paris still admits to having the occasional hair flop. "Everyone has bad hair days once in awhile. It happens to us all," the star said.
