Hop on the Choo Choo train before it's too late!

Jimmy Choo for H&M has finally arrived in New York City, although by now, it is highly unlikely that even a clutch is left on the shelves of any of the city's H&M stores.

This morning's gloomy weather didn't deter the fashion set from flocking to H&M locations across the city in hopes of scoring a pair of heels or a leather dress from the highly anticipated collection.

Men and women of all ages waited eagerly, desperately wanting to get their hands on a pair of Jimmy Choos or an accessory from the coveted collaboration. Many were Choo virgins, while others have worn the shoes for years and were just waiting to add a more reasonably priced heel to their Choo stockpile.

Krispy Kreme donuts were passed down the line along with a written set of guidelines:

"Starting at 10:15 am, we will allow customers with wristbands into the designated shopping area in groups of 20. You will have 10 minutes to shop."

We talked to a group of mothers and daughters who had staked out a prime spot at the very front of the line in front of Manhattan's H&M on 5th Avenue (at 51st Street).

With half an hour until opening, Danielle and Margaret, 16-year-old triplets (their brother decided to pass on the event) from Baltimore, MD, told StyleList,

"We've been here since 11 o'clock last night. We know exactly what we want. The zebra sandals, the hot pink clutch and the fringe dress."

When 10 am struck, the doors swung open and the line, that stretched down and around 5th Avenue, turned into utter Choo chaos.
