You've seen a revival of the bow tie lately, from Brad from "The Rachel Zoe Project" to Chuck Bass. But some are taking this Dandy style a step further, even the women, as hundreds go for a ride in old-timey caps, knickers and argyle. Does this mean we should start riding those bikes with one giant and one teeny tire?

It may be a strange word, but the snood is a must have trend for fall. Its not the first time the circular scarf has hung on the necks of the fashion flock. It was a staple in the eighties! Stars like Katy Perry and high fashion runways like Burberry and Missoni think the snood is totally tubular again.

Despite all of her recent troubles, especially the negative press on her Ungaro stint, Lindsay Lohan still tops the list as the top attendee at fashion parties in New York. She can be seen in a whopping count 1,318 photos at fashion festivities.
