Wait, that hippie chick is Hillary Clinton. Photo: Paula Bronstein, Getty Images
The former First Lady and current U.S. Secretary of State arrived in Kabul, Afghanistan this morning in a floral embroidered coat that screamed 1969 (and not in a good way).
While we can see Kate Moss rocking this number with ripped jeans and tousled hair, we're not so sure bold boho works on the poster child of the pantsuit.
What do you think of Clinton's style? Is her coat fab and funky or should she hire a stylist, stat? Leave a comment!
Meanwhile, the current First Lady seems to be single-handedly fueling the fashion economy.
See which one of Mrs. O's favorite designers took home the coveted CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund prize earlier this week.

I think she looks great. She exudes happiness and is comfortable. Would rather see her in this attire than something boring like a pant suit. She should wear scarfs, and even lond skirts. She should retire the pant suit look and just wear loose dresses with scarfs and even lose pants with funkie jackets. I like her.

duh! She's not dressing for the USA fashion magazines! She's looking very Kabul. WHen she dons that headscarf, if she does, she will fit right into the local scene.
She is DIPLOMAT, not the first lady of fashion in the USA. Would I wear this here? NO!

She looks GREAT! The long jacket is very traditional for that part of the world.

Hahaa yeah right the last thing Hillary need is style points from Michelle Obama. Just cause you say so doesn't make it so. I love the jacket.

I love that coat and frankly, I find your comments about her style and hair offensive. Let’s the First Lady have a full time make up artist, wear fake eye lashes and shop all day long for clothes, the Secretary of State has more important things to do.

she has no style only pant suits that show all her weight in her butt

Well-said, alinosof! How can women in politics be taken seriously when all people seem to care about is the way they look? It's an honest insult! Women in a position like hers have better things to do than impress jackasses like this person.

The coat is great! Where did she get it? I'm looking for Christmas presents for my wife!

I think this coat looks great on her; way better than all the pant suits. Ditch the snarky comments.

The author of this article must have never traveled out of her village in the United States!

I kinda think that it works, I lived in Detroit for quite sometime which has the largest populations of middle easterns' outside of the US and you see much like it, think about how Indian women and men dress when in the traditional clothing, no collar hangs low, but hey to each their own.

I think she looks alright. Besides she has as stated more important things to do then shop for clothes like the first lady does.

I love that coat. It is beautiful. Michelle has had many a mistake, especially that ugly thing she and her girls wore on the most important day of their lives. Michelle has shown her biceps too many times for me, and that backless dress for a first lady? Maybe a teenager , but certainly not for a first lady. No culture.

I think she looks fabulous! Love the coat. Your bias against her is over ruled on this one:-)

I am definitely NOT a Hillary Clinton fan, but comments about women's clothing or weight is demeaning. Would you treat a man in the same position that way? Leave her and Palin alone! Attack them if you will on their professional merit, but their looks are another story.

Go Hillary!!! She is "wearing" that coat and needs no fashion advise from the first lady. Secretary Clinton looks confident, happy and appropriate. She is a woman to be admired and respected for her accomplishments. I wish aol would stop trying to question her fashion choices and instead report on her work as Secretary of State.

Hillary is a smart lady when it comes to dressing in appropriate clothing for the country she is visiting. She does her homework so she doesnt offend her host country. I'm sure she has done so this time also...let's quit looking like the uninformed ugly americans with our petty quips about fashion and stick to the important stuff like how to make our world a better place. period
