May look like a snowman to you, but it's actually reindeer poop. "Magical Reindeer Gem" necklace. Photo courtesy of Miller Park Zoo.

Rudolph may have had a very shiny nose, but it's nothing compared to his glittery poop.

Allow us to explain. Miller Park Zoo in Bloomington, IL is selling necklace pendants made from dried reindeer dung for the holiday season, starting on Black Friday, reports The Pantagraph.

Don't all rush at once.

According to the local paper, the zoo was inspired to create the "Magical Reindeer Gem" necklaces after its reindeer dropping ornaments were a big hit (or something that rhymes with "hit," at least) last year.

God help us -- imagine actually inquiring about the excrement accessories.

"We thought we would make them available for the big shopping day," Susie Ohley, spokeswoman for the Miller Park Zoological Society, told the paper.

"It may be silly, but it not only brings in money and support to the zoo, (but) it brings people smiles."

Let's just hope it also brings those people some Purell.

To create the "gems," volunteers -- who, no offense, need to find a better hobby -- reportedly dehydrated, sterilized and spray-painted the droppings with glitter.

If you want to get in on these reindeer games, you're in luck. The necklaces, $20, and ornaments, $10, can be ordered by mail (prices don't include tax and shipping). Visit the Zoo's site.

Oh, and to any men reading: When your girlfriend says she wants jewelry for the holidays, this is not, we repeat, this is not what she has in mind!

Get a wake-up call for your Black Friday holiday shopping.
