And the highest bidder on Audrey Hebpurn's stunning black Givenchy cocktail dress is ... Givenchy.

How appropriate. The fashion house shelled out $97,542 for its own haute couture chantilly lace dress and matching jacket at the London Audrey auction, on which we previously reported, featuring 36 Hepburn dresses.

The ensemble was worn by Hepburn in 1966's "How to Steal a Million," and was estimated to fetch between $25,000 and $34,000.

Held by Kerry Taylor Auctions and Sotheby's, the auction raised more than $430,000 in total.

Half of the net sale proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Audrey Hepburn Children's Fund and Unicef for their joint venture All Children in School which aims to provide 115,000,000 children worldwide, not currently in school, with a basic education.
