You can take the girl out of "Baywatch" (and stuff her in a lamp), but you just can't take "Baywatch" out of the girl.

Which might explain why Pamela Anderson's debut as the Genie in a London production of "Aladdin" saw the bombshell busting out of -- shocker! -- a red Lycra one-piece, complete with a glittery surfboard, the Daily Mail reports.

The busty bottle (heh) blonde -- who can't quite seem to shake her affection for fire engine-red swimsuits -- also donned black garters, pink platform heels, red satin gloves, matching hair accessory and three capes studded with 20,000 Swavorski crystals reportedly worth £5,000 (around $8,100), according to the paper.

Eat your heart out, Robin Williams!

The costume was created by British designers Vin and Omi.

"My costume is so fun," Anderson told the Daily Mail.

"It is a little burlesque which I like, the entrance is fun, grand and dangerous -- just how I like it."

Anderson's debut at London's New Wimbledon Theatre was hotly anticipated -- especially since the star reportedly missed her opening night.

She's scheduled to star in the pantomime until Dec. 27 ... so, go on, make a wish.

Meanwhile, Pamela Anderson really is a genie in a bottle. Get the scoop on her fragrance.
