Beyoncé Knowles' clothing line House of Deréon is being sued by Hong Kong manufacturer Vier International Ltd. for breach of contract, reports WWD.
According to the complaint filed in the U.S. District Court in Manhattan, the apparel maker claims it lost more than $500,000 because clothing company Donna Loren LLC and shipping outfit HJM International were "conspirators who induced the shipment of goods to the United States with the intent to convert them or pay less than the agreed upon contract price," says the source.
The alleged low-balling scheme reaches far and wide. Vier also names Beyond Productions LLC and House of Deréon -- both companies owned by Knowles and partners -- for taking part through purchase orders and requesting manufacturer specifications.
Along with looking for its $500k back, Vier is not playing around: The company included claims under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), the same law used in most Mafia prosecutions!
Grammy winner or not, looks like Beyoncé might need to put her "Ego" aside and bring her legal A-game.
Meanwhile, success still smells sweet for the 28-year old singer. Beyoncé recently threw a launch party for her new fragrance.

Why would you use the word "prostitute" in your discussions about Beyonce when we are suppose to be discussing her clothing line? A prostitute is someone who performs sexual favors for money. Do you think a multi-millionaire with a killer body and face to go along with it needs to practice prostitution. I hardly believe she dated anyone but her husband, yet you have the gall to call her immoral and throw words like "cheap prostitute" around.
What a country we live in when you can sit animously behind your computer and slander and libel other people and more than likely get away with it. I'm sure you know that Google will not hesitate to trace your machine and identify you for legal action by another party.
My question to you - Are you or any member of your family a prostitute?

Well prostitutes wear clothes too so it applies and the street walker type are most commonly known for wearing lingerie in public and not limited to the bedroom. I think upscale prostitutes wear really nice clothes or maybe just bikinis. I had an ex-boyfriend who thought all women performed sexual favors for money and he used valentines day as proof! Well I do suppose a multi-millionaire with a killer body and face to go along with is nothing more or less than you or me or anyone else ...It would depend on how they earned their money if they would practice prostition or if they enjoyed it. I really never spoken to a prostitute but I watched that show on HBO where they were interviewed and some were so beautiful I cannot say why they do it but I dont think they made more then Beyonce. I know it seems that mistresses can make a lot of money just by commiting adultery or making sex tapes.
