The Great American Road Trip: Dallas
We've made it to the Lone Star State! And we've stopped in the city of Dallas: home of the original Neiman Marcus, the downtown Arts District scene and (arguably) some of the best barbeque around. We'll spend the day checking out the new Opera House, shopping at North Park Mall (as far as malls go, this one's pretty major), spying on former president George W. Bush (who currently lives here) and eating ribs at Sonny Bryan's. Our roadtrip playlist continues with the Country Strong soundtrack and Townes Van Zandt--the state's native son.
